The focus of this chapter is collecting memorabilia relating to political career of President Jimmy Carter. Of special note is the annual convention that includes a banquet both Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter attend. This chapter is the only chapter that has a former president and first lady attending their events.

Annual Convention: Each year on the fourth Saturday in September, this chapter has an annual convention in Plains, Georgia. Events at the convention include:

• Business meeting
• Auction
• Annual banquet. Our guest speakers have included Bob Lipshultz (treasurer of 1976 Carter campaign), Carter biographer Peter Bourne, Bert Lance, Jody Powell, Gerald Rafshoon, Andrew Young, Rosalynn Carter and Chip Carter.
