The Big Apple - Ed Potter Chapter
Background: This chapter is one APIC's oldest chapters with many of the hobby's most noted members. Numerous members from this chapter have held APIC leadership positions since its inception. Since the late 1980's, the chapter has met and sponsored shows several times each year, including the famous Super Bowl Sunday show and its three-year old show in Titusville, N.J. Many Big Apple members who live in Manhattan and other boroughs of New York do not own cars, therefore this chapter provides them with an important and primary way to participate in APIC events.
The Big Apple Chapter has worked closely with the Mid-Atlantic Chapter on a number of APIC projects including one of the finest national shows ever in 1993 in East Brunswick, N.J and the annual fall regional convention usually held in November each year in Langhorne, PA.
This chapter sponsors 3 shows per year; Super Bowl Sunday, mid-May and Oct/Nov. New York City, Titusville, NJ, and Langhorne PA
